wood bender

Wood bender is a mushroom power class conferred by a strain of mushroom cultivated by imperial mycologists in the Lion Lands which emits a brown, oscillating glow from the stalk of the fruiting body.

Wood benders may mutate themselves into wood, or manipulate pre-existing wood, as if it were thoroughly innervated, connected to their motor cortex, and articulable by the same electrical impulses as muscle, without comparable caloric requirements.

Advanced wood benders can create durable structures from available wood.
