Witch doctors may cast one spell per day based on the magic weather and the general vibe. Compatibility between vibe and intention determine a spell's feasibility. On a day with the vibe "encoding gaze", a witch doctor may be able to cast a spell that transmits thoughts via their eyes into writing or into another person's ears. Or, with the same vibe, they might cast a spell that scrambles the visual feed of another person.
